[Loa-rg] Draft agenda of the LoA Session at OGF21

Dear all,

In order to avoid the schedule conflict with OGSA Express AuthN
Profile session, the LoA session has been moved to 1:30pm, Thursday,
in the same room.

Oct 18 (Thu), 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm  (Discovery B)
