[jsdl-wg] Use Case

Folks,

The JSDL telecon was cancelled today due to a lack of attendance.  To try and ensure that we still make some progress despite this cancellation, I have attached a copy of Etienne's use case with comments that I had on it embedded.  Please read through and comment as well on both use cases.
