[jsdl-wg] Genesis II JSDL Tool

Hi Mark,

I downloaded and tried out the tool (linux version). It looks very nice. 
Of course I had to try the parameter sweep generation (and after checking
out the documentation) I successfully generated a nested loop parameter
sweep with disjoint ranges. Excellent!
