[jsdl-wg] Activity instance schema document

Dear All,

please find an early draft for discussion at GridForge [1]. Looking at
the minutes I saw that there are a number of issues to be dicussed at
the telecon. Those issues are listed in Appendix B. I hope we can
finalise those in the next telecon to advance the schema specification.
