[jsdl-wg] Teleconference schedule

I've talked with Steve and for next week we are thinking of having the
call two hours earlier. So starting 12:00 UTC or
  BST: 1:00 PM 	
  JST: 9:00 PM	
  EDT: 8:00 AM

Please let me know if there is a problem. I'll send out an agenda early
next week to confirm the time.
