there is  _very_ useful website for this:
http://www.timeanddate.com (and not www.dateandtime.com *g*)
that calculates dates and times for you.

So, 0800 MDT is:  
http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html? 
year=2005&month=4&day=13&hour=14&min=0&sec=0 or

 From now on, there are no excuses anymore. :-)
