very sorry for the poor coordination this week and the lack of
communication. It is my fault :( and I'll do better next time.

The telecon is set up as a _recurring_ call until August 2005.

Yesterday's call was effectively cancelled. Darren and I were on the line
with Bill to briefly discuss the User element issue. Darren would still
like to push his proposal, so he has the opportunity to do so this week
before we call it next Tue at the telecon.

Andreas - has the pen on the spec
Steve   - has the pen on the schema
Michel  - is coordinating with Andreas, and others, to draw up the agenda
          for next Tuesday's (12th Apr) call.

As always, please send issues to the list. They'll be knocked around there
and discussed and voted on at the next call.

Ian, many thanks for your comments. I'm still behind on that thread. Hope
you're getting your issues answered.
