[jsdl-wg] First version of requirements list

Dear All,

pretty close, but not too late for OGF 23. Please find attached a first, 
very drafty, version of the use case document including a list of 
requirements. I think that we now have enough material to discuss at 
OGF. Consolidation is definitely needed, too.
