Hi folks,

A new wiki page has been created to present a proposal for artf6187 -

As usual I'm unsure as to whether I've used the optimum xml schema to 
achieve the aim, in particular attempting (unsuccesfully so far) to use 
xsd:unique on the variableName attribute.

As a side-effect the option to introduce constraints would also allow 
the emulation of at least one form of self-modifying sweep ( 
http://forge.gridforum.org/sf/go/artf6151?nav=1 ).
