minutes are on Gridforge:

Andreas, please move them into an appropriate new folder - as I do not
have enough permissions to create folders in the documents for the JSDL WG.

Having said that, I would like to propose the approach of the OGSA WG to
collect the minutes by the year, and not by the appropriate day. This
makes it easier for varying minutes takers to upload their minutes.
