[GGF-ipv6-wg] Drafts submission - additional info

I have no idea, that's why I'm asking :)
Does the GGF process allow this? I assume it's past the IETF equivalent
of WG Last Call, but haven't heard a peep since then (the equivalent of
IESG review or even RFC publication). The GGF process seems a little more
secretive :)
