[GGF-ipv6-wg] Drafts submission - additional info

For info,

Regarding the IP version independence guidelines doc, the longest possible
IPv6 address is not 39 characters like

0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000

rather it can be 

0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:0000:ffff:123.123.123.123

which is 50 characters.
