This is an expansion of the issues/actions that are captured in Susan's notes 
from the F2F in Oxford, in

All these items have a date of 1 Jun 2005; I haven't bothered to carry forward 
the due dates proposed in the notes, since they are all past.

Agree and circulate terminology: publication, publication description, 
publication pre-processing, consumption, artifacts, entities.
