[INFOD-WG] INFOD implementation access

Hi,

Apologize for multiple copies, the previous email had issues with the link.

An implementation of the INFOD system has been setup for the
group to access. Information on the INFOD system and access
information can be found at

The implementation is in accordance with the INFOD version 1
specification. The web based interface would allow you to create
resources and view notification messages from the INFOD registry.
The wiki link details on the INFOD system using a simplified version of
the first responder use case. More information on the system and
documentation can be accessed at
