Minutes:

    * A second viewing of the INFOD prototype was discussed.  The code
will soon be made available on the wiki.
    * Discussion of leveraging BPEL.
    * No updates on the September INFOD demo.
    * Discussion of current spec concerning constraints.

The next conference call will be on Monday, July 28th @ 11am EDT.
