Discussions:

    * *Report about UTK, Vanderbilt activities*
          o Raghul and Arjun are defining the security requirement
          o Akos will investigate the use of constraints for the
            definition of security policies - exception for authentication
          o Raghul is working on defining the subscriptions for first
            responders; maybe the subscription are directed towards
            incidents with first responders being the consumers of the
            information
          o The implementation will be moved to a server once the
            responsible person is available
    * *Action items*:
          o Action item 246 was discussed in some detail - Dieter will
            update his proposal
          o For the latest status please check /INFOD Current Actions/
            in the /Current Drafts/ folder
