    * *Report about UTK, Vanderbilt activities*
          o Raghul is focusing on defining the subscriptions for first
            responders
          o The implementation will be moved to a server
          o Frank DeNap, the program manger for SensorNet at ORNL will
            includes INFOD in his talk at SC08 in Reno
    * *Action items*:
          o For the latest status please check /INFOD Current Actions/
            in the /Current Drafts/ folder
    * *Miscellaneous item*
          o Steve will document his proposal for the formal definition
            of constraints
          o Dieter will create a proposal for operations to get the
            notification messages from the registry on request
    * *Extended specifications*
          o Policies and operation will not be specified*

The next conference call is scheduled for Thursday, November 29 2007 @ 8 
am PDT. There will be no conference call on November 22 - Thanksgiving.
