Discussions:

    * *Report about UTK activities*
          o Implementation for CREATE/REPLACE/DROP of Publisher and
            Consumer Entries is in progress and should be completed by
            next Monday
    * *Base Specifications*
          o There will be no additional REPLACE operations
          o Raghul to develop a use case showing the need for
            associating vocabularies to consumers
          o Vijay to develop an ER diagram associating property
            instances to multiple entries
          o Steve to review chapter 2 (Registry Interface)
          o Vijay to adapt chapter 6 (WSDL) and to review chapter 1
            (Introduction)
          o Dieter to re-write first page of chapter 1 (Introduction)
    * *Action items*: For the latest status please refer to the
      following documents in the /Current Drafts/ folder:
          o INFOD Current Actions
          o INFOD Closed Actions
