Implementation News:

Raghul reported that he can now create a subscription but the dynamic
consumer constraints are a problem. What should go there? Dieter
explains.  Raghul asks how constraints should be combined. It is
confirmed that the information flowing corresponds to the intersection
of all
the constraints.

Wiki:

Vijay has produced a framework but it would appear that actions 210
and 211 have not yet been copied there. Dieter promises to add some
material by next week

Actions:

Vijay, in his e-mail, says he will send SIGMOD article this weekend
(action 215).
