    * *Report about UTK activities*
          o Implementation for CREATE/REPLACE/DROP of Publisher and
            Consumer Entries is in progress.
    * *Base Specifications*
          o The discussion was based on the issues list from Steve.
            Steve has updated an re-published this list.
          o Steve will integrate the recommended changes into chapter 2
          o Dieter will update the proposal for the first pages of
            chapter 1, Steve will do the integration into chapter 1
          o Dieter will review and update section 2.7 - The
            GetMetaDataOperation
          o Dieter will improve sections 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 Notification
            of publisher/subscribers and consumers
          o Ronny will update chapter 5 - XML
          o Vijay will update chapter 6 - WSDL
    * *Action items*: For the latest status please refer to the
      following documents in the /Current Drafts/ folder:
          o INFOD Current Actions
          o INFOD Closed Actions
