Generally I think this is an improvement - however I have quite a lot of
comments which I have added to the attached document. I have rename it
to intro.doc to avoid confusing myself! I like the revised diagram. I
see that we no longer have the first diagram. This is probably good as
it makes it match the initial spec better.

Is there any reason why this has not gone to the list - then everybody
can follow and it gets archived?
