Hi,

I have a general stylistic question. This is exemplified by lines 282
and 288 where it uses the word must (or rather MUST). While it is true
that if you want to create a publisher entry, then the only way to do is
to call CreatePublisherEntry - I find it looks rather strange. Before
making this kind of change I would like people's agreement.
