Sorry to be slow doing this. My revised set of goals following the
last meeting I was able to attend (about 3 weeks ago) reads:




1) Filters, which restrict the flow of messages from publishers to
   consumers, must be composable.

2) Publishers should be able to describe their available messages,
   events and states in terms of a vocabulary

3) Subscribers must be able to filter messages based on message
   content and publisher information.

4) Publishers must be able to choose what messages to publish based on
   consumer and subscriber information.

5) Consumers must be able to filter messages based on message content,
   publisher information and subscriber information.

6) Any component can request that it be notified by the Registry of
   changes which that component considers interesting.





Is there anything missing - or anything which should not be here?
