[infod-wg] Access to the INFOD web site

The INFOD website is accessible again, though it still looks partially 
ugly and we seem to have lost the updates after 5/31.

I like to know who is unable to see the documents that are not available 
to the public.

The old links are broken - you could start from 
http://forge.gridforum.org/sf/projects/infod-wg. The old password may 
not work, so you may have to go through the process of re-establishing it.
