[infod-wg] INFOD White paper

document.

I took same time to start a white paper capturing the full functionality 
of INFOD.

Here are some notes:

    * I distinguish three parts: base, advanced and Ecosystem
    * The base functions reflect what we have so far
    * The advanced functions reflect what we have discussed and dropped
      for the time being
    * The Ecosystem lists (and discusses) selected technologies which
      are of special importance for INFOD. This part will hopefully be
      reflected in OGSA.
    * The pattern are there for illustration; this is the full pattern
      document
    * I will add sections 3 and 4 before our F2F meeting in Athens;
      assuming you think I am on the right track
