Hi everyone,

Minutes for INFOD conference call on Thursday, January 12 2006 @ 8 am
PST.

 

Present: Dieter, Stephen, Steve, Susan, Chris, Arjun.

 

GGF16 session is booked for Tuesday 14 Feb - Steve & Dieter to lead.

 

F2F (in Athens) Sat/Sun 11/12 Feb. - at Oracle, Dieter to sort out room
and phone bridge.  Aiming to tidy up current specs and think about next
steps (for advanced spec.).

 

Open actions:

21 done.

28 in progress - hope to finish by 19/1/2006.

36 WSN investigation - detailed SOAP messages are included for each
interface. (Action done). Should these be included in INFOD spec? Will
do one example for create publisher by 19/1/2006. (New action - related
to #89).

58 finish by 19/1/2006.

59 half done, finish by 19/1/2006.

60 in progress - latest version added to GridForge. Add latest doc to
GGF16 folder by 22/1/2006.

64 in progress - do further work at F2F?

76 to do.

88 need to add sentence about SOAP message? Steve to look at action as
well (by 19/1/2006).

89 Arjun to look at now.

92 done.

93 done. (Base Patterns doc in GridForge).

94 done.

95 done.

 

Unresolved issues:

2 done? Metadata messages not done though. Should INFOD infrastructure
carry metadata as well as data? Description of this needs adding to
interfaces (and patterns) docs. (New action added)

5 consumptions not needed for base spec. Maybe needed in advanced spec -
talk at F2F.

7 see issue 2 above.

8 resolving logical EPRs? To do.

15 not in base spec.

16 not in base spec. since requires PO Box.

17 not in base spec.

18 not in base spec.

22 workflow use case not included now.

23 OREP? To do?

24 done (see spec section 4)

25 not in base spec.

27 not in base spec.
