Hi Everybody

I just had a read through the spec V13 and there is nothing I can see that is not compatible with WS-* specs. 

One comment though - the use of EPRs for identifying entities might need to be further specified. WS-Addressing
does not prescribe how that is done. Usually specifications that use WS-Addressing (WSRF for example) define a profile for EPRs
for their purpose. in WSRF a referenceparameter that holds the resource id is used in addition to the wsa:address element. But as I said it might be OK to leave it unspecified for now (and may be refer to WSRF in the future).

Current actions update:

I have modified action 21 on the charter and added:

94     Check release 13 of the spec to see that actions which should
       have been addressed have been and identify any new issues

       - Date: 5 Jan 2006
       - Owner: All
       - Target: 12 Jan 2006


95     Check release 13 of the spec for WS compatibility

       - Date: 5 Jan 2006
       - Owner: Abdeslem
       - Target: 12 Jan 2006

Note that all actions which are currently marked "waiting for check
in..." have now been incorporated. It will be assumed that this has
been done correctly unless someone complains before or during our
meeting next week.
