Current actions update:

I have modified action 21 on the charter and added:

94     Check release 13 of the spec to see that actions which should
       have been addressed have been and identify any new issues

95     Check release 13 of the spec for WS compatibility

       - Date: 5 Jan 2006
       - Owner: Abdeslem
       - Target: 12 Jan 2006

Note that all actions which are currently marked "waiting for check
in..." have now been incorporated. It will be assumed that this has
been done correctly unless someone complains before or during our
meeting next week.
