Base Fault Spec: http://docs.oasis-open.org/wsrf/wsrf-ws_base_faults-1.2-spec-pr-01.pdf However the document mentioned above explains the BaseFault and then shows *as examples* SOAP 1.1 and 1.2 encodings.
