1-Discussed Cecile/Abdeslems Emails:

Separate BasicVocabularyManager and RegistrationManager. This could form for 2 documents/specs.
The RegistrationManager can also include the advanced features (consume). But this needs looking into. How about ease of implementation? can specify what is required (MUST) and what is optional (MAY). How about interoperability? Well profiles is the answer. Might need 3 documents if RegistrationManager turns out to be too big. 
 
Discussion about WSDL 1.1 and 2.0 inheritance/aggregation. What is a service? A service may have many ports (endpoints), each corresponding to a portType. So although INFOD spec may define many portTypes (subscriptionRegistrationManager, PublisherRegistrationManager, ....) for clarity and ease of reading RegistrationManager service will have a portType that is an aggregation of all of them (see Broker in WSN). Do not necessarily need inheritance in WSDL 2.0 to describe this in spec. So stick with WSDL 1.1 for now, change interface to PortType.
 
How about use of WS-RF if we layer on WSN? WSN specs state that the portTypes MAY use WS-RF and if they do it defines resource properties. We should use the same approach and leave the door open for WSRF and non-WSRF implementations, although we may only provide details based on WSRF (as WSN does) 
 
WE do not have an interface to add instances of vocabularies. Dieter to circulate proposal.
 
2-Patterns and Use Cases; how do me move ahead - Steve, Dieter

Patterns should go after use cases. Use case template needs significant update.
 
3-Issues and actions - Steve

Move old document on Patterns to old drafts.
