[infod-wg] Minutes from 13 October conference call

Regrets: Cecile, Steven

We discussed the feedback from the INFOD session at GGF 15, especially 
the following suggestions:

    * Provide smaller building blocks
    * Do not try to invent a new model for distributed computing

It is not clear whether smaller building blocks provide potential INFOD 
users with the intended benefit. We may revisit this question once the 
specifications are more complete.

Most of the time was spend to review the action list - *please review 
the updates published by Steve*.
