[infod-wg] current (half-finished!!) version of my NextGRID use case

Hi everyone,

Attached is the current version of my NextGRID use case. I am about half
way through changing to the new style and format, so it is currently a
bit of an incomprehensible mess of new and old text and diagrams!! 

But I have added some vocabularies and subscriptions, and a new diagram,
and wanted to check that I was on the right lines before creating the
interaction or collaboration diagrams.
