[infod-wg] Minutes from conference call November 10

Hi everyone,

Quick update: the updates to the specs and the unlocking will be done
by end of day today (west coast time). Didn't get a chance to wrap them
up last week. Apologies.

Again though, these updates will be minimal: adding the 2 operations
that are missing and going over the action items making sure they can
be closed appropriately, ie that the specs correctly reflect the
resolution.

The following subjects were covered:
      The majority of time was used to discuss the current action items -
      please check the current list; it has been updated by Steve
      Cecile to update and unlock the interface draft ASAP
      Dieter will clarify the requirements for reference implementations
      Arjun, Dieter and Ronny will work together on the sensor use cases
      There is no conference call on Thursday, November 24, the next two
      call are scheduled for November 17 and December 1.
