Having continuously been confused about the time of these meetings I
followed Dieter's suggestion to check the Google for San Francisco
time. I discovered that San Francisco is not on PST (UTC-8) at the
moment but PDT (UTC-7). This same web site tells me that EST is UTC-5
but EDT is UTC-4. So the time should be:

   0800 PDT, 1100 EDT, 1500 UTC
