[infod-wg] Meeting Minutes INFOD terminology call on June 14th

Minutes:

- 'publisher' remains as is in specs
- 'publications' removed from specs - will be replaced with 'messages'
- 'publication types' are what is stored in registry - metadata to be
discovered

- 'disseminator' remains as is in specs
- 'disseminations' removed from specs (don't belong in registry)
- add documentation on disseminator policies (describes disseminator types)

- consumption has different use-cases: replication, fan-out with same
subscription
  and different consumer transforms, different channel options for a given
consumer,

Next INFOD Call:

- time change: 8AM PST (this week only)
- call number info to be sent shortly
