[infod-wg] Notes from INFOD base use case document review 15 Dec 2005 (Correction)

I include a revised "Base Use Case for INFOD" document
Next call 22 Dec 2005 (focused on the specification)

Decisions and Discussion
- The title of the document reviewed today was changed to "Base Use Case 
Scenarios" from motivating scenarios
- Motivating scenarios will be included in a proposed white paper. It was 
not decided when or how this paper will be produced. Further discussion is 
will take place. 
-There was proposal for an advanced use case document but no conclusion - 
If it is created the RGMA use case will be part of it.
- No changes to the INFOD charter were proposed as a result of today's 
discussions. 

Actions for use case owners - Susan will pick up updated use case updates 
next on 31 Dec 2005
- Ensure consistency with NextGrid use case
- Remove non-base specification items from each use case 
- Eliminate colo(u)r in pictures
- Use Poseiden UML tool to describe the use case 
- Ensure the use cases element names, parameters and operations match the 
specification 
- Ensure the figures and table numbers include the section number

Actions for Stephen Davey
- Complete the updates for NextGrid for 20 Dec 2005
- Ensure NextGrid is consistent with the base specification (because 
NextGrid is being used the model)

Actions for Dieter (Ideally the work to be done by 31 Dec)
- Remove email address in Car dealer: Figure 12,
- Create version of the 3rd party delivery use case that refers to the 
base specification and is modeled on NextGrid
- Create version of the patterns section that includes the base 
apecification items only - and ensure headings are appropriate
 
Actions for Arjun (Ideally the work to be done by 31 Dec)
- Apply major surgery on Sensornet so it relates to the base specification 
and is modeled on NextGrid

Actions for Susan
- Remove Appendix C 
- Add sentences to the introduction to explain defining the vocabularies 
is typically a common activity 
- Add the list of authors from the base specification + add Stephen Davey 
- Build a new version of the document on 2 Jan 2006 - place it on 
gridforge
