[GSM-WG] Materials from the GSM-WG sessions now uploaded

Dear all,

The GSM-WG sessions at the OGF23 in Barcelona were very fruitful and I
am still working on a longer writeup which will also describe the next
steps etc.

So far, I have posted the first presentation from the first session, and
the SRM2.2 review document (in its current state) for the second session.

When I get the second presentation (ASGC) from the first session I will
upload that, too, and let you know.

Also note the community GSM-WG session on Tuesday with contributions
from Flavia Donno on behalf of WLCG, and Patrick Fuhrmann on behalf of
dCache (sadly, Patrick had to leave on Thursday morning so missed the
GSM-WG sessions).  I have notes from that session, too.
