[GSM-WG] New Co-Chair to GSM working group

Hello,

Jen Jensen from RAL in the UK has volunteered for the position
of a co-chair of the GSM-WG.  (Email: J.Jensen at rl.ac.uk).
Having Jens join me as a co-chair will help us in having GSM-WG
sessions in most future OGF meetings, since he can run such
meetings in Europe and I can do that in the US and North America.

If there are no objections to this appointment, it will become official
in a couple of weeks.
