[gsa-rg] Creating task groups on GridForge

Hi Philipp,

regarding your question from the gsa telecon some minutes ago
about GridForge and its Task Groups:

Indeed, I do not see how to create additional "Parent Master Task Groups"
in GridForge. However, I added an additional "task group" called  "Current
General Activities" for our todos which are not directly document related.
You probably found the command too, it was under Administration/Task Manager Admin.

It seems that we can add arbitrary task groups under the top-level call
"GGF Group Milestones", but not new top-level entries. We might be able
to live with that.
