[gsa-rg] Requirements document

Dear All,

Please find the updated requirements template and examples of requirements
on GridForge. You can find them at:

I also added the template description and requirements concerning
performance prediction formatted according to this template to the Grid
requirements document. The document is available at:

We still should discuss if this format is the most convenient since the
document is getting much bigger using it (although more precise and
formalized).
