[gsa-rg] Component-based applications Use Case

Dear all,
i'm sending a new use-case for the GSA-requirement document on HPC 
Component-based Applications. It is based on my experience with such 
kind of applications. If someone of the components world will read it, 
i will be happy to change or insert new comments and considerations.
