[GRIDRPC-WG] Recharter?

Dear all,

I am posting this email on behalf of Hidemoto.

Our current chater is out of date and we are being asked to
review and update the charter by GFSG.

An attached file is a draft recharter document which revised
to reflect some of our discussion in OGF22.  I think one of
the biggest changes would be to specify the time schedule
for "A GridRPC Model and API for Middleware Developers"
document.  DIET team, could you check if this schedule is ok
for you?

  First Draft:    2008-06 
  Public Comment: 2008-08 (I added)
  Publication:    2008-12 (I added)


If there is any other description to be updted (e.g. Group
Focus and Scope), please raise a discussion.
