[GRIDRPC-WG] Stepping down from secretary

Dear co-chairs and all,

Due to my obligation to contribute to the other OGF WGs/RGs (CAOPs WG
and LoA RG) which I'm charing, I'd like to step down from the
secretary of the GridRPC WG.

I'd like to nominate my colleague, Dr. Yusuke Tanimura (AIST), as the
incoming secretary.  Please approve the change of the secretary from
me to Yusuke.
