[GRIDRPC-WG] summary for submission

All,

We have to submit our experiment document along with a summary of the
recommendation document; i.e. the end user document.

I have no idea on what the 'summary' means, but i made a shortcut version
of the document. I pruned erroro code tables, related work and references,
mainly.

please take a look, and if i donot get any objection for few days,
I will submit this with the experiment document to Steven.
