[GRIDRPC-WG] Want to have another co-chair

All,

As you might notice, the standardization for the middleware API
of the GridRPC, which includes data handle management API,
did not progress for a while.

To gain momentum for it, i'd like to propose having another co-chair
who have experience on especially on the data handle issue.
Here, I invite nominations for it.

We have already got one nomination ,Prof. Eddy Caron from Mcf ENS Lyon,
who is a member of DIET team, where data handle is well understood
and already implemented.
