[GRIDRPC-WG] modified document uploaded

All,

we have updated the interoperability document
and uploaded to the tracker.

The modification was made to response the comment
on the missing error code specification on the
error reporting funcions.

The attached are the document and the testcode.

We also have to modify the API specification document.
We will distribute the candidate soon.
