[gridrpc-wg] Public comments to the End-User API Doc

Dear all,

Attached file includes public comments for the GridRPC Document.
We are requested to review and respond to the comments, and if needed
upload a new version of the document.

I'll discuss with Hide and submit proposed actions by GGF14.  Let's
discuss in detail in Chicago.
