[GRIDCPR-WG] Working Group Activity

This group has regrettably died of starvation - I regret that it has  
done so and not met its original goals, but it could not proceed  
without _group_ effort. The efforts of the SAGA group to absorb the  
two existing documents is greatly appreciated. Please proceed  
accordingly.
