[GRID-ANNOUNCE] OGF31 Call for Session Proposals extended until 25 January, 2011

OGF Community - The OGF31 Call for Session Proposal has been extended until Tuesday, 25 January 2011.  Please make session requests and other proposals by this deadline.

Call Details:

OGF is pleased to partner with the ASGC (Academia Sinica Grid Computing Centre) to host OGF31 co-located with ISGC 2011 (International Symposium on Grids and Clouds) in Taipei, Taiwan from March 21-25, 2011.

In addition to the ISGC call for papers, OGF is seeking active participation and proposals for sessions that will further explore and develop the state of the art in distributed computing. 

Topics of interest may include (but are not limited to):
*  Campus Grids and Clouds
*  Data Management in Grids and Clouds
*  Federated Disriibuted Computing Infrastructures
*  Identity Management and Virtual Organizations
*  Inter-cloud interoperability and SLA management
*  Interoperability of Grids and Clouds
*  Middleware and Interoperability
*  Networking for Distributed Computing Infrastructures
*  Performance measurement of Grids and Clouds
*  Performance of security implementations.
*  Science Clouds across North America, Europe, and Asia
*  Grid and Cloud Security
*  Distributed Desktop Grid and Volunteer Computing

Chartered Group sessions, Area Meetings, and Birds of a Feather sessions also may be requested. 

Important Dates
   Deadline for workshop, BoF and group session submissions:
	Tuesday, January 25.
   Acceptance notification:
	Friday, January 28.
