1. Community Program Announced

Community Program sessions include:
*Grid for Managers Tutorial (available at an additional fee)
*Technology updates from Open Middleware Infrastructure Institute (OMII),

*Workshops, invited talks and panels on technologies and applications 
including: Security and Privacy Needs of Health Grids, Leveraging Site 
Infrastructure for Multi-Site Grids, Grid Use Cases, Campus Grids, User 
Management and Access Control within the Grid, Use of Web Services for 
Network Monitoring Applications, Building Geographical Information System 
Grids, Provisioning & Managing Switching Infrastructure as a Grid Resource

2. Registration Deadline

Advanced registration for GridWorld/GGF15 (3-6 October, Boston) is closing 
in just a few days.  Take advantage of significant savings by registering

3. GridWorld/GGF15 Hotel Information

Be sure to book your hotel room at the conference hotel, The Boston Park 
Plaza, by calling toll free at (800) 225-2008 in the U.S. and 
Canada.  Outside the U. S. and Canada call (617) 426-2000. Be sure to 
mention that you are attending GridWorld to receive the $161 per night 
discounted room rate. Hotel cut-off date is 7 September.


4. Nominations sought for Leadership Award

GGF is seeking nominations for future recipients of the GGF Leadership 
Award.  The first Leadership Award was presented to Hiro Kishimoto of 
Fujitsu at GGF14 in Chicago.  For further information, please visit
